Bill moved from Texas at a young age and completed his schooling at Kennedy HS in Cedar Rapids.

Over 20 years ago, he began helping others with their real estate needs as a mortgage broker, then

transitioned to the automotive industry, becoming a General Manager for four dealerships across the Midwest.

His return to real estate has been the realization of a decades-long dream that he never lost sight of.

He is happiest when he is working, traveling, or trying new restaurants with his wife and kids.
